Loan Origination Services (LOS) is our dedicated loan processing unit.
The team consists of Liaison Officers and Processing Officers who take ownership of the loan from the time that you submit your application right through to settlement.
During this process your central point of contact is the Liaison Officer assigned to the file. They will keep you informed, and you can call them in need.
